      We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You'll have a 7-day grace period to either upgrade your plan or remove domains. We never stop monitoring without warning.

    • Can I switch plans anytime?

      Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

    • How quickly will I receive alerts?

      Our monitoring runs every minute for Essential plans and every 30 seconds for Professional plans. You'll typically receive alerts within seconds of an issue being detected.

    • What counts as a domain?

      Each unique domain or subdomain counts separately. However, www and non-www versions of the same domain count as one. For example, example.com and www.example.com = 1 domain, but blog.example.com would be a second domain.

    • Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
