Is there a free tier?
No free monitoring tier. The 30-day trial works without a card and runs every check on one domain — not a stripped-down preview of the monitoring. API access, status pages, and the Slack/Discord/webhook channels need a paid plan. We don't auto-charge anything when the trial ends.
What happens at the end of the 30-day trial?
We email you before the trial ends. If you don't pick a plan, monitoring pauses and your data is held for thirty days. No card on file means no surprise charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no email loop. Monthly plans stop at the next billing date. Annual plans run through the term they were paid for.
How fast do alerts arrive when something breaks?
Uptime runs every minute, so an outage you can see is an outage we've seen too. DNS, deliverability, and blacklist run every few hours. Site speed and security headers run daily, because the things they catch don't get worse in an hour.
Do you offer team accounts?
Not yet. Today DomainCare is single-user. We route alerts to your team through Slack, Discord, webhooks, and email, so they reach everyone who needs them. Multi-user accounts are on the way; per-seat pricing is not.
