Common questions about billing.

How does volume pricing work?

You pay per domain slot. The more slots you have, the lower the per-domain rate. The discount applies to all your domains — not just the ones that pushed you into a new tier.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

If you don't add a payment method, your account pauses — checks stop running, but your data and configuration stay intact. Add a card any time to resume where you left off.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Switch any time from Settings → Billing. Moving to annual gives you 20% off immediately. If you switch mid-cycle, we pro-rate the difference.

Are there any features locked behind higher tiers?

No. Every domain slot gets the same 13 checks, the same 1-minute intervals, all alert channels, full API access, and the status page builder. The only variable is how many domains you watch.

What counts as a domain slot?

One slot = one domain (e.g. example.com). Subdomains (app.example.com) each require their own slot. You can add or remove slots at any time — billing adjusts immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly plans: cancel any time, no refund for the current month. Annual plans: cancel within 14 days for a full refund; after that, the subscription runs until the end of the billing year.
