Every new DomainCare account starts with a 30-day trial. No credit card is required to start.

What the trial includes

• 1 domain — add one domain and all checks run immediately.
• 30 days — the trial clock starts when your account is created.
• All 13 check types — uptime, SSL, DNS, email deliverability, WHOIS, blacklist, security headers, site speed, open ports, and more.
• Email notifications — alerts fire to your account email immediately.

What requires a paid plan

• API access — the REST API and MCP server are available on paid plans only.
• Status pages — publishing a public status page requires a subscription.
• Slack, Discord, webhook, and push channels — these notification channels unlock on paid plans.

Trial limits

The trial is limited to 1 domain. If you want to track additional domains, subscribe to a paid plan and pick the quantity you need.

How to start

Sign up at domaincare.io/sign-up. No credit card prompt. After you create an account, add your first domain and DomainCare starts checking it immediately.

When the trial ends

After 30 days:

• Scheduled checks pause — no new check runs.
• The dashboard shows a trial-expired banner with a link to subscribe.
• Your domain, check history, and all settings are preserved. Nothing is deleted.
• Checks resume as soon as you subscribe.

Subscribing from trial

Click Subscribe in the trial-expired banner or go to Settings → Billing. Pick the number of domains you want to track and choose monthly or annual billing. Your existing domain and its history carry over automatically.

One trial per account

Each organisation gets one trial, ever. If you subscribe, cancel, and return, there is no second trial — you go straight to a paid checkout.

Common questions

Can I add more than one domain during the trial? No. The trial includes 1 domain. Subscribe to track more.

Does the trial auto-convert to a paid subscription? No. The trial expires and checks pause. You subscribe manually when ready. No surprise charges.

What happens to my data after the trial expires? Your domain, events, and settings are preserved. Checks are paused. Subscribe to resume.

Is the trial available after cancellation? No. One trial per org, ever.
